The Mobile Animal CSI Unit travels across the country to assist law enforcement in their efforts to build cases against and prosecute animal cruelty offenders.

Dr. Jason Byrd is a board certified forensic entomologist. He is the current president of the American Board of Forensic Entomology. Dr. Byrd is the Associate Director of the William R. Maples Center for Forensic Medicine at the Universisty of Florida. He instructs courses in forensic science and is instrumental in the development of education plans, research missions, and defined areas of applied casework and overall operations for the nation's first veterinary forensic sciences program.

Interview with Tracy Camp, senior trainer of penguins at Mystic Aquarium, discussing the African Penguins from Mystic Aquarium who appeared in the new movie Mr. Popper's Penguins with Jim Carrey.

Tracy Camp graduated in 2002 from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island with a degree in Marine Biology and Psychology. Tracy started her career at Mystic Aquarium as a volunteer nine years ago. She has been a full time trainer with penguins and pinnipeds for six years, but the penguins are her favorite and primary focus. Tracy had the amazing opportunity to travel to South Africa in 2010 to assist with African penguin research, rehabilitation and conservation efforts.
